Classification of Water Temperature Mould Machines Based on Temperature Control Range
When the temperature requirement of the die does not exceed 95 C, the working mode of the die temperature machine is non-closed.
When the temperature is higher than 95 C, it is necessary to choose a closed working mode to ensure certain pressure inside the system and avoid evaporation of the heat conducting medium. When the mould is in high temperature, for example, in the process of injection moulding of thermoplastic materials, accurate and rapid heat conduction is necessary. This is particularly important for products with high precision requirements. Temperature moulding machine is more suitable than oil temperature moulding machine.
When the temperature reaches 200 and the pressure is 16 Bar, the superiority of the water-type thermostat becomes more prominent. The temperature control range of the water-type thermostat is 5 ~200.
Cooling mode, second selection criterion
When choosing the machine, we should also pay attention to the cooling mode of the heat conducting medium. The cooling mode is divided into direct and indirect cooling modes. The indirect cooling mode uses the cooling circuit separated from the main circuit. The heat conducting medium used in this cooling mode is generally oil-type. The heat of the cooling medium is absorbed by the heat medium and directly enters the exchange valve. The indirect cooling mode is only used in the oil-type mould temperature machine because of this cooling mode. The cooling capacity of this method is not strong. When using this cooling method, we must ensure the cleaning of cooling water, so as to avoid the impurities blocking the pipeline and affecting the temperature control performance of the machine.
