A: HPT fully hardened powder alloy screw is made of tungsten-cobalt powder alloy tool steel, which is hardened by a special process. The internal and external hardness of the screw is the same, reaching HRC65 degrees or so. Suitable for processing various transparent products, precision products and adding fibers LCP., PPS. PES. PPA, magnetic powder, bakelite and other special high temperature and high corrosive plastics.
B: The double alloy screw is made of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA as the base material, and then the tungsten nickel carbide alloy is sprayed on the top or groove of the tooth. The density of the skin film is 98-99.9%, the density strength is over 10 000 psi, the thickness of the alloy layer is 0.8-2.5 mm, and the surface hardness of the screw is about 60 degrees of HRC. It is suitable for processing various transparent products and adding PA6, PA66 and other engineering materials.
C: The plating screw is made of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA. After forming, a hard chromium, nickel, titanium and other elements are plated on the outer surface. The thickness of the coating is 0.03 – 0.06mm, and the hardness is about HRC60 degree. Suitable for processing PC, PMMA, PET transparent material and corrosive plastic U-PVC material.
D: The stainless steel screw is made of 9Cr18MoV special stainless tool steel. The whole hardness is about HRC55, which is treated by whole quenching and whole hardening.
E: SKD61 screw is made of Hitachi SKD61 material and processed by special process. The product has good toughness and torsion resistance.
F: The ordinary nitriding screw is made of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA as the base material and processed by special process. The nitriding layer depth is 0.5mm-0.8mm. The overall hardness of HV980-1080 degrees is suitable for processing ordinary plastics, such as PP, ABS, PS, AS, PVC and so on.
Two. Classification of injection molding machine barrel
1, commonly used injection molding machine barrel: double alloy barrel, nitriding cylinder.
Brief introduction of double alloy barrel.
The double alloy barrel is K1 double alloy barrel, K3 double alloy barrel and K5 double alloy barrel.
K1 double alloy cylinder base material is alloy steel, and inner hole is centrifugal casting tungsten carbide alloy.
The K3 double alloy barrel material is made of alloy steel, and the inner hole is centrifugally cast tungsten carbide + cobalt alloy.
The K5 dual alloy cylinder material is made of alloy steel, and the inner hole is centrifugally cast tungsten carbide + cobalt alloy + nickel alloy.
Bi-alloy barrel is suitable for injection moulding with glass fiber engineering material. The composition of alloy elements in centrifugal casting of inner hole is selected according to the number of glass fibers added.
Common nitriding barrel: Common nitriding barrel is made of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, which is tempered and nitrided, and the nitriding depth is 0.5-0.8mm. Suitable for processing ordinary plastics
The hardness of the screw barrel varies slightly according to the material chosen, but the overall hardness is about HRC58 degrees.
